The house is warm, spacious and superbly equipped for 12 people. The ground floor includes a large drawing room, spacious kitchen, snug sitting room, a formal dining room for 12, boot room, drying room/utility room and billiard room with full sized snooker table.
Kintradwell is everything one can expect of a traditional lodge upgraded to modern requirements. There is a pretty walled garden and also an enclosed tennis court, within the garden policies.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one twin with en-suite shower room, one double bedroom, one bathroom and two smaller twin bedrooms.
