Allendale Estates also offer excellent accommodation at Sod Hall, a four bedroom Northumbrian farmhouse within walking distance of the River. The house stands in a private location overlooking Bywell Parks and is available to rent throughout the year, either in conjunction with one of the sporting lets or on a stand-alone basis.
Sod Hall has recently been renovated by Viscountess Allendale with the aim of creating a country house for the 21st Century. All bedrooms are en-suite and fitted with flat-screenTVs. The house is equipped with DVD player, Wi-Fi, Freeview, Ipod station and fax machine.
All bed linen, towels and soap are provided, newspapers are delivered daily in time for breakfast, and the housekeeper visits every day to make the beds, tidy up, lay the fire and ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The kitchen is fitted out to the highest standards, while the newly built Rod Room is equipped with a drying room, washing machine and tumble dryer.
