Angus offers the visitor some
beautiful soft countryside with gently rolling hills and glens. Generally
the ground is fairly flat graduating to the more spactacular landscape
of the north. Along its many miles of coastline, Angus provides a varied
selection of scenery ranging from man-made sea fronts to wide sandy
beaches and rocky cliffs with something fresh to discover around every
headland.
Country walks, hill walks, mountain
trecks, riding and water sports are all popular in Angus together with
a variety of other country pursuits including including shooting, hawking
and fishing.
